护理干预对胸腔闭式引流治疗胸腔积液疗效的影响

目的探讨护理干预对胸腔闭式引流治疗胸腔积液疗效的影响。方法将我院收治的60例胸腔积液患者随机分为两组,观察组30例和护理组30例。60例患者全部为行胸腔闭式引流手术后,观察组只给予常规护理,护理组在常规护理的基础上在术前、术中和术后对患者进行全面系统化护理。3个月后进行随访记录两组的术后并发症的情况。结果观察组术后发生并发症18例,占手术人数的60%;而护理组随访后,无一例并发症,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。与观察组相比,护理组日平均引流量显著降低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;但两组引流时间相比差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论护理干预在胸腔闭式引流治疗胸腔积液疗效中起着重要的作用,有助于患者最大程度的恢复,在临床上值得推广。

Impact of nursing intervention on curative effects of closes thoracic cavity drainage in the treatment of pleural effusion

Objective To investigate the impact of nursing intervention on the curative effects of closed thoracic cavity drainage in treatment of pleural effusion.Methods Sixty patients with pleural effusion admitted and treated in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the nursing group,with 30 patients in each group respectively.All of 60 patients received closed thoracic cavity drainage,the observation group only received conventional nursing treatment and the nursing group received comprehensive and systematized preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative nursing on the basis of conventional nursing.At the follow-up 3 months later,the postoperative complications of both groups were recorded.Results In the observation group,the postoperative complications occurred in 18 patients,accounting for 60% of the number of surgical patients;In the nursing group,after follow-up,there was no complication occurred,with statistically significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).Compared with the observation group,the daily average drainage volume of the nursing group significantly reduced,with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05);but the two groups showed no statistically significant difference in the drainage time(P > 0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention plays an important role in the curative effects of closed thoracic cavity drainage in the treatment of pleural effusion,is conducive to maximizing the recovery of patients and is worth clinical promotion.
