临床医学五年制学生实习出科考核方法研究

摘    要:对进入实习阶段的临床医学五年制学生的出科考核方法进行研究和实践,及时进行分析、反馈、改进,形成了完整、系统的考核内容、考核细则、评分标准,注重了学生综合素质评价,促进了医院师资队伍培养和教研室建设,可评估教学效果,提高教学质量。

Abstract:Research and practice of assessment method for the five-year medical students of clinical practice stage,and timely analysis,feedback,improvement are proceeded,then a complete system,evaluation content,evaluation rules and standards are formed,the comprehensive quality evaluation of students are strengthened,and the hospital teachers training and the construction of teaching and research section are promoted,which also can evaluate the teaching effect,improve the teaching quality.
