步长脑心通联合辛伐他汀治疗冠心病合并高脂血症的疗效观察

目的探讨步长脑心通联合辛伐他汀治疗冠心病合并高脂血症的临床效果。方法将106例冠心病合并高脂血症患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各53例,对照组采用常规治疗加用辛伐他汀治疗,观察组则在对照组基础上加用步长脑心通治疗。8周后评价总疗效、心绞痛、心电图、血脂及功能参数。结果治疗8周后,观察组总有效率为94.34%,对照组为75.47%,两组相比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组三酰甘油（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）的水平均明显降低（P〈0.05）,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）水平升高,对照组LDL-C也稍有降低,而TG、TC、HDL-C变化不明显（P〉0.05）;观察组治疗后心排血量、心脏指数、射血分数均显著增加（P〈0.01）,舒张末内径观察组有明显减少（P〈0.05）,而对照组指标变化差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论步长脑心通联合辛伐他汀治疗冠心病合并高脂血症能有效降血脂,抗氧化,且疗效肯定。

Observation of the curative effect on Buchang Naoxintong combined with Simvastatin in the treatment of coronary heart disease with hyperlipoidemia

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Buchang Naoxintong combined with Simvastatin in the treatment of coronary heart disease with hyperlipoidemia.Methods 106 patients with coronary heart disease with hyperlipoidemia were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group for 53 cases,the control group was treated by conventional therapy and added with Simvastatin,and on basis of the control group,the observation group was treated by Buchang Naoxintong.8 weeks later,the effect,angina pectoris,electrocardiogram,blood-lipid and functional parameter were appraised.Results After 8 weeks,the total effective rate of the observation group was 94.34%,and the control group was 75.47%,there were statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).The level of the TG,TC and LDL-C in the observation group were debased,there were statistically significant differences(P < 0.05),and the level of the HDL-C was raised more than before,the LDL-C of the control group changed a little,but the TG,TC and HDL-C had no change(P > 0.05).After treatment,the cardiac output,cardiac index and ejection fraction in the observation group were augment a lot(P < 0.01),diastole inside diameter of the observation group decreased a lot(P < 0.05),but the control group had no change(P > 0.05).Conclusion The coronary heart disease with hyperlipoidemia is treated by Buchang Naoxintong and Simvastatin,it can decrease the blood lipid,antioxidation,and it is sure of the effect.
