3387名卫生学校学生超重、肥胖率和对肥胖危害认知情况的调查

目的 调查廊坊市卫生学校学生超重、肥胖及超重、肥胖学生对肥胖危害认知情况,为干预超重、肥胖提供依据.方法 测量身高、体重,计算学生超重率、肥胖率;自制问卷调查超重、肥胖学生对肥胖危害的认知情况.结果 城市学生超重率为15.12%,肥胖率为5.81%;农村学生超重率为13.57%,肥胖率为4.01%,差异无统计学意义（P ＞ 0.05）.男生超重率为16.87%,肥胖率为6.26%,女生超重率为12.86%,肥胖率为3.62%;男生对于自身超重或肥胖的认知率为51.76%,明显低于女生（91.76%）,差异均有高度统计学意义（P 〈 0.01）.结论 廊坊市卫生学校学生超重、肥胖的发生率较高,城乡差异不明显,男生超重率、肥胖率高于女生,学生对于超重、肥胖的危害认识不足,采取减重措施比例偏低.

Investigation of overweight,obesity rate and the cognitive situation of obesity harm among 3387 students in health school

Objective To investigate the condition of overweight,obesity and the obesity harm cognition of overweight and obesity students in Langfang health vocational college,in order to provide basis for overweight and obesity intervention.Methods The height and weight were measured,then the overweight rate and the obesity rate of students were calculated;the obesity harm cognitive situation of the overweight and obese students were investigated by self-made questionnaire.Results The overweight rate of city students was 15.12%,the obesity rate was 5.81%;the overweight rate of rural students was 13.57%,the obesity rate was 4.01%,there were no significant differences(P > 0.05).The overweight rate of boys was 16.87%,the obesity rate was 6.26%,the overweight rate of girls was 12.86%,the obesity rate was 3.62%;the obesity harm cognitive rate of boys was 51.76%,which was significantly lower than the girls(91.76%),the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.01).Conclusion The overweight rate,obesity rate of students in Langfang health vocational college are higher,there is no obvious difference between urban and rural students,overweight rate and obesity rate of boys are higher than those of girls,obesity harm cognition of students is impercipient,the rate of taking measures to weight reduction is low.
