护理专业价值观评估指标体系建立初探

摘    要:目的构建护理专业价值观评估指标体系。方法通过德尔菲法建立护理专业价值观评估指标体系,共构建护理专业价值观评估指标体系的5个因素,32个条目。并将此调查设计运用到实际中。结果通过专家审核,各指标的评价得分均≥4.85分,变异系数均〈0.10,说明各位专家对各指标的建立认同度一致。将此调查设计运用到护理人群中,调查的80名学生的关怀、信任、公正、专业、行动主义得分分别为(31.6±5.1)、(24.9±3.7)、(24.8±4.1)、(17.1±2.9)、(17.5±2.9)分,120名非学生的得分分别为(29.8±4.1)、(23.4±4.6)、(22.3±4.2)、(14.2±3.1)、(16.9±3.1)分,结果与国内常模基本一致。结论本文构建的护理专业价值观评估指标体系具有可行性,为护理专业的发展提供了技术支持。

Abstract:Objective To establish nursing professional value evaluation index system.Methods Nursing professional value evaluation index system was established through Delphi Technique,and 5 factors and 32 clauses had been established for nursing professional value evaluation index system.Then the investigation and design was taken into practice.Results The specialists had got concordant identification for the index through examine and verify,the scores of the indexes were all ≥4.85,and the coefficients of variation were all <0.10,so all experts to the importance of all indexes identities were consistent.The survey design was used in nursing crowd,there were 80 cases students,the scores of concern,confidence,just,specialty and activism were(31.6±5.1),(24.9±3.7),(24.8±4.1),(17.1±2.9),(17.5±2.9) scores,the scores of the other people were(29.8±4.1),(23.4±4.6),(22.3±4.2),(14.2±3.1),(16.9±3.1) scores,the scores had got the coincident results with norm in our country.Conclusion The nursing professional value evaluation index system has feasibility,and the method provides the technical support for nursing professional development.
