实习笔记在医学生心血管内科临床实习中的应用与效果评价

目的 探索医学生记录实习笔记对临床实习效果的影响.方法 将2009年3月~2010年3月66名实习医生分成实验组和对照组,对照组采用常规带教方法;实验组采用常规法带教＋记录实习笔记法.两组教学内容和学习时间相同,出科前进行理论考试和操作考试,进行成绩比较.教学组成员应用自行设计的评价表对实习生实习活动进行评价.结果 实验组考试成绩明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有高度统计学意义（P 〈 0.01）.教学组成员对实验组实习活动评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P 〈 0.05或P 〈 0.01）.结论 实习笔记有助于实习医生巩固和提高理论知识,促进理论和实践结合;有利于培养实习医生反思性学习及自主学习能力,从而提高临床实习效果.

The application of practice note for medical students in clinical practice in cardiology department and its effect evaluation

Objective To explore the influence of medical students recording practice note on clinical practice effect.Methods 66 interns were divided into the experimental group and the control group from March 2009 to March 2010.The control group was adopted traditional teaching method.The experiment group was adopted traditional teaching methods combined with recording practice note at the same time.The final theory test and operating test were executed before the ending of practice,and the scores of the two groups were compared.Teaching group used the self-designed assessment table to evaluate the effects of practice activity.Results The test scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.01).The practice activity scores which were evaluated by teaching group members of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).Conclusion Practice notes can help medical students to consolidate the theory,promote the combination of theory and practice,which is also conducive to culture reflective learning and independent learning abilities of medical students,thus improve the effects of clinical practice.
