阿奇霉素联合红藤汤保留灌肠在慢性盆腔炎中的疗效研究

目的 探讨阿奇霉素联合红藤汤保留灌肠在慢性盆腔炎中的疗效.方法 选取2009年9月~2010年11月于本院进行治疗的70例慢性盆腔炎患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组（阿奇霉素组）35例和观察组（阿奇霉素联合红藤汤保留灌肠组）35例,比较两组患者的显效时间、临床总有效率、复发率、不良反应发生率,并比较两组治疗前及治疗后7 d及14 d的子宫血流动力学指标.结果 观察组的显效时间、临床总有效率、复发率、不良反应发生率均优于对照组（均P ＜ 0.05）,而治疗后不同时段的子宫血流动力学指标也优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（均P ＜ 0.05）.结论 阿奇霉素联合红藤汤保留灌肠在慢性盆腔炎中的疗效及安全性均较佳,且能显著改善子宫血流动力学指标.

Study on the effect of Azithromycin combined with Hongteng Decoction retention enema in chronic pelvic inflammation

Objective To study the effect of Azithromycin combined with Hongteng Decoction retention enema in chronic pelvic inflammation.Methods 70 patients with chronic pelvic inflammation in our hospital from September 2009 to November 2010 were selected as research object,and they were randomly divided into control group(Azithromycin group) 35 cases and observation group(Azithromycin combined with Hongteng Decoction retention enema group) 35 cases,and the effective time,clinical total effective rate,recurrence rate,situation of adverse reactions of two groups were analyzed and compared,and indexes of uterine hemodynamics before and after the treatment at seventh and fourteenth day were all compared.Results The effective time,clinical total effective rate,recurrence rate,situation of adverse reactions of observation group were all better than those of control group(all P < 0.05),and the indexes of uterine hemodynamics after the treatment at seventh and fourteenth were all better than those of control group too(all P < 0.05),there were all significant differences.Conclusion The effect and safety of Azithromycin combined with Hongteng Decoction retention enema in chronic pelvic inflammation are all better,and it can significantly improve the indexes of uterine hemodynamics.
