两种方法治疗靶向药物所致面部痤疮样皮疹的研究

目的观察呋喃西林面膜湿敷对老年肺癌患者口服靶向药物过程中并发面部痤疮样皮疹的疗效。方法 2008年3月~2011年5月老年病房中服用靶向药物过程中并发痤疮样皮疹的23例非小细胞肺癌患者,随机分成两组,分别给予呋喃西林面膜湿敷或对症处理,观察各组的疗效。结果呋喃西林面膜湿敷组的总有效率为100.00%,治愈率为45.4%;对照组的总有效率为50.00%,治愈率为8.33%。两组比较差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论呋喃西林面膜湿敷对肺癌靶向治疗并发痤疮样皮疹患者具有较好的疗效。

Two methods of treatment for drug targeting induced acne-like rash on the face

Objective To investigate the effect of nitrofurazone wet cover on the acne-like rash in NSCLC patients who received target therapy.Methods 23 NSCLC patients combined with acne-like rash who received target therapy were randomized into two groups,one was given nitrofurazone wet cover therapy and the other was given common symptomatic treatment.The effects of the two groups were compared.Results The effective and cure rate of nitrofurazone wet cover group patients were 100% and 45.4% respectively,and the effective and cure rate of common symptomatic treatment group patients were 50% and 8.33% respectively,the difference between two groups was significant statistical significance(P < 0.01).Conclusion Nitrofurazone wet cover is effective on the therapy of acne-like rash in NSCLC patients received target therapy.
