应用显色预试法研究喘可治注射液中巴戟天的薄层色谱鉴别

目的 建立喘可治注射液中巴戟天的薄层鉴别方法.方法 采用显色预试法明确了喘可治注射液成品中所含的来源于巴戟天的成分类型,并运用薄层色谱法针对相应类型成分进行鉴别.结果 喘可治注射液在与对照药材相应位置显相同颜色的斑点,斑点清晰,分离度好,阴性对照无干扰.结论 该方法重现性好,专属性强,可用于喘可治注射液中巴戟天的定性鉴别.

Identification of Morindae officinalis radix in Chuankezhi Injection by using derivative pretest

Objective To establish method for identification of Morindae officinalis radix in Chuankezhi Injection.Methods TLC method was used for the identification of the constituents that its existence was proven by using derivative pretest in Chuankezhi Injection.Results It presented that the spots with the same color and position in TLC,and the spots were fairy clear and separated well without interference of negative sample.Conclusion The method is specific and reproducible.It can be used for qualitative control of Morindae officinalis radix in Chuankezhi Injection.
