异甘草酸镁对重型肝炎患者肝脏储备功能的影响

目的探讨异甘草酸镁对重型肝炎患者肝脏储备功能的影响。方法将105例重型肝炎患者随机分为治疗组（n=56）和对照组（n=49）,两组均采用综合内科治疗,治疗组加用异甘草酸镁200 mg静滴,1 d/次,疗程为4周。观察两组治疗前后肝功能和肝脏储备功能变化,并将所有病例分型、分期,比较各组病死率变化。结果经过4周治疗,治疗组肝功能好转程度与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;肝脏储备功能检查：凝血酶原活动度（PTA）、胆碱酯酶（CHE）比较,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,清蛋白两组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。治疗组病死率为51.8%,对照组为75.5%,治疗组病死率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论异甘草酸镁可显著改善重型肝炎肝功能,提高肝脏储备功能,降低病死率。

Effects of Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate on hepatic reserve function in severe hepatitis patients

Objective To investigate the effects of Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate on hepatic reserve function in severe hepatitis patients.Methods 105 cases of severe hepatitis patients were divided into treatment group(n = 56) and control group(n = 49),both groups were received comprehensive medical treatment,and the treatment group were plus received injection of Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate of 200 mg per day for 4 weeks.The changes of liver function and hepatic reserve function were observed,and the fatality rate of the two groups was compared.Results The improvement of the liver function in the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).Hepatic reserve function showed that the PTA level and the CHE level of the treatment group were significant improvement than those of the control group,but ALB level was not statistically changed between the two groups.The fatality rate was lower of the treatment group(51.8%) than the control group(75.5%,P < 0.05).Conclusion The Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate can significantly improve liver function and the hepatic reserve function of the severe hepatitis patients,and reduce the fatality rate.
