阿米替林、SSRIs、SSRIs加中藏药治疗高原地区老年抑郁症的临床对比研究

目的：比较阿米替林、帕罗西汀、氟西汀＋中藏药治疗高原地区老年抑郁症的疗效和不良反应。方法：对中度高原地区（海拔2260m）符合CCMD-3抑郁发作诊断标准的患者随机分为5组，分别给予阿米替林、帕罗西汀、氟西汀＋红景天，氟西汀＋逍遥丸、氟西汀＋红景天＋逍遥丸，治疗疗程（6～8）周。用汉米顿抑郁量表（HAMD）、不良反应量表（TESS）进行评分。结果：阿米替林、帕罗西汀、氟西汀＋红景天、氟西汀＋逍遥丸、氟西汀＋红景天＋逍遥丸5组显效率差别无显著性。帕罗西汀、氟西汀＋中藏药3组显效快，4周内的HAMD减分值高于阿米替林组。氟西汀＋中藏药3组不良反应较阿米替林、帕罗西汀组少，差别有显著性。结论：中藏药：红景天、逍遥丸能提高高原老年抑郁症患者对抗抑郁剂治疗的耐受性，氟西汀＋中藏药疗效可靠、副作用小，是治疗高原地区老年抑郁症的理想药物。

Comparative Study of Fluoxetine and Chinese Traditional Medicine in the Treatment of Senile Depression in Altiplano

Objective:To comparative the clinical effect and adverse reaction among Amintriptyline,Paroxetine, Fluoxetine and Chinese traditional medicine in the treatment of senile depression in altiplano Methods:150 patients who conformed to the CCMD-3 diagnostic criteria of depression were randomly divided to 5 group, which were respectively treated with Amintriptyline,Paroxetine, Fluoxetine and Regel, Fluoxetine and Xiaoyao Pill , Fluoxetine and Regel and Xiaoyao Pill for 6 weeks. Hamilton rating scale (HAMD),treatment emergent symptomscals(TESS) were used to assess the effect and adverse reaction.Results:There were no significantly lower effects among the 5 group . After 4 weeks, the adverse reaction of Fluoxetine and Chinese traditional medicine was significantly less than of Amintriptyline, Paroxetine . Conclusions: The results indicate that Fluoxetine and Chinese traditional medicine is a kind of safe and effective drug for the treatment of senile depression in altiplano.
