系统性红斑狼疮患者自体造血干细胞移植术的疗效观察

目的探讨自体造血干细胞移植（AHSCT）治疗系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）的临床疗效。方法对分别合并狼疮脑、狼疮性肾炎、股骨头坏死的8例SLE患者，采集用环磷酰胺和重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子动员后获得的外周血造血干细胞，经马利兰、环磷酰胺、抗人淋巴细胞球蛋白、甲基强的松龙预处理后，回输自体外周血干细胞，用重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子刺激恢复造血，观察AHSCT前后免疫指标和临床表现。结果AHSCT后患者的临床症状和体征基本消失，狼疮相关抗体转阴，免疫指标基本正常。结论AHSCT治疗SLE短期、中期疗效较好，远期疗效还需长期随访观察。

Study on Clinical Efficiency of Autologous Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation in Patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

Objective To investigate the clinical efficiency of autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus. Methods SLE patients were chosen. Peripheral blood stem cells were mobilized with cyclophosphamid and recombinant human granulocyte colony stimulating factor. Peripheral blood stem cells were reinfused after treatment by cyclophosphamid, antilymphocyte globulin, myleran, methylprednisolone. Both clinical manifestation and immunologic markers were compared before and after transplantation. Results After transplantation the patients received clinical and immunologic remission. Lupus-correlated antibodies were negative. Conclusion The therapy of AHSCT for SLE has remarkable effect in short time,but the long effect should be followed by.
