妊娠时血清甲胎蛋白水平检测的临床评价

目的:探讨妊娠血清甲胎蛋白(AFP)含量在异常妊娠诊断中的临床应用价值.方法:应用磁性微粒分离的酶联免疫法(IEMA)检测AFP,同时和放射免疫法(RIA)相比较,并对4 748名孕妇血清AFP含量进行回顾性分析.结果:该方法检测AFP线性范围在0.20～250 IU/ml,批内CV为4.48%,日间CV为4.0%,高、中、低三个浓度平均重现率为98.5%,与RIA法相关性良好(r=0.980,P＜0.001).异常妊娠患者AFP含量明显高于同期正常妊娠孕妇血清AFP含量.结论:IEMA法适用于对孕妇AFP进行监测,在优生优育检查中可作为一项有价值的实验室筛查方法.

Clinical value of serum AFP level detection in pregnancy

Objective:To explore the value of concentration of serum alpha fetoprotein(AFP) in the diagnosis of abnormal pregnancy.Methods:IEMA was used to dectect the serum content of AFP in 4 748 pregnancy women,and compared with RIA,the concentration of serum AFP in them was analyzed retrospectively.Results:IEMA calibration curves for AFP were linear from 0.20 to 250 IU/ml;the average CV within the group was 4.48%,and 4.0% in the daytime.The average rate of recovery of high,medium and low concentration was 98.5%.The result of IEMA correlated well with RIA( r =0.980).The serum of concentration of AFP in abnormal pregnancy was higher than that of normal pregnancy in the same phase.Conclusions:IEMA can be used to measure the concentration of AFP,and it is of value to eugenics.
