| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨益气滋肾活血方辅治小儿难治性肾病综合征的临床疗效及作用机制。方法:将75例难治性肾病综合征患儿随机分为西药加中药治疗组(45例)及西药对照组(30例),观察治疗前后ALB、CH、BUN、尿蛋白定量及血液流变学指标变化情况。结果:治疗组在降低尿蛋白、提高血浆白蛋白、降低胆固醇及血浆粘度等方面作用明显优于对照组,具有统计学意义。结论:益气滋肾活血方具有降脂、抗凝作用,对难治性肾病综合征具有较好的治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the clinical effect a nd mechanism of Yiqi Zishen Huoxue Fang(YZHF)in treating Children' s refractory nephrotic syndrome.Method:75Patients were randomly divided in-to treated group(45cases)and controlled group(30cases).The treated group was treated with w estern medicine and YZHF,the controlled group was treated with western medicin e only.Before and after the treat-ment,ALB,CH,BUN,urine protein quantity and other hemorheovogic index were determined.Results:The treated group showed a significant effect than controlled group in lowering urine protein while increasing ALB and reducing CH,HCT.Conclusion:YZHT has a good efficacy in treating c hildren' s refractory nephrotie syndrome due to its function of anti -coagulation and lowering blood fat. |
