| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨尿靛甙检测在指导个体饮食营养中的应用。方法：选取400例受试者,按照年龄段分组,检测尿靛甙水平和血型,根据结果给予个体化饮食营养指导。结果：尿靛甙水平在各年龄段差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,但与血型明显相关。接受个体化饮食营养指导后,尿靛甙水平明显下降,与指导前相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：根据个体尿靛甙水平制定个体化饮食营养指导方案,可以有效的调节个体营养结构。 |

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the practical value of uric indican detection in the individual diet guidance.Methods： Uric indican levels and blood types were detected in 400 subjects,divided into four groups based on their age,and then individual diet guidance was supplied accordingly.Results： Their uric indican levels were closely correlated with their blood types,but there was no significant relationship with their age（P0.05）.Compared with before,after individual diet guidance their uric indican levels were reduced significantly（P0.01）.Conclusion： Individual nutritive structure would be effectively adjusted by the scheme of individual diet guidance depended on uric indican level. |
