| 摘 要： | 目的：观察增殖细胞核抗原、纤粘连蛋白在早期自然流产患者胎盘中的表达情况。方法：通过免疫组织化学方法观察30例早期自然流产患者胎盘中增殖细胞核抗原、纤粘连蛋白的表达。结果：早期自然流产患者较正常早期妊娠胎盘中增殖细胞核抗原、纤粘连蛋白的表达减弱（P〈0．05）。结论：研究提示早期自然流产患者胎盘中滋养细胞增殖、粘附能力下降。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) and fibronectin(FN) in placenta of early abortion.Methods:The expression of PCNA and fibronectin in placenta of 30 patients with early abortion were detected by immunohistochemistry.Results:The expression of PCNA and fibronectin in placenta of 30 patients with early abortion was significantly reduced(P<0.05).Conclusions:The study suggests that the proliferation and adhesion of trophoblast in placenta of patients with early abortion was declined. |
