痰热清注射液辅助治疗流行性乙型脑炎疗效观察

目的观察痰热清注射液对流行性乙型脑炎患儿的辅助治疗效果。方法将66例流行性乙型脑炎患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组30例为常规治疗,治疗组36例在常规治疗基础上加用痰热清注射液,疗程5d~7d,比较2组疗效及临床症状改善时间。结果治疗组、对照组有效率分别为97.3%、70%,二者比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05);前组在症状缓解程度及时间方面均明显优于后组(P<0.01或0.05),且未发现明显的不良反应发生。结论痰热清注射液辅助常规治疗可以促进流行性乙型脑炎的治愈。

Adjunctive Therapy of Tanreqing Injection for Epidemic Type B Encephalitis: Observation of Curative Effects

OBJECTIVE:To observe the therapeutic efficacy of the adjunctive therapy of Tanreqing injection in the treatment of children with epidemic type B encephalitis.METHODS:66epidemic type B encephalitis cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group(30cases)was assigned to receive the conventional therapy plus virazole while the treatment group(36cases)to receive additional Tanreqing injection apart from the conventional therapy.The course of treatment for both groups was5days to7days.The curative effects and the time for symptom improving between two groups were compared.RESULTS:There were significant differences(P<0.05)in total effective rates between treatment group and control group,which stood at97.3%and70%,respectively.As compared to the control group,the treatment group was significantly superior with regard to the degree and time of symptomatic relief(P<0.01or P<0.05)and no obvious ADR were noted in this group.CONCLUSION:As an adjunctive therapy,Tanreqing injection,together with the conventional therapy can help improve the improvement rate of epidemic type B encephalitis.
