VEGF MVD在口腔鳞状细胞癌中的表达

摘    要:目的 探讨血管内皮细胞生长因子 (VEGF)与微血管密度 (MVD)在口腔鳞状细胞癌 (OSCC)发生发展中的相关关系。方法 运用兔抗人VEGF多克隆抗体和鼠抗人CD3 4单克隆抗体进行免疫组化技术标记VEGF、微血管内皮细胞。结果 在 76例OSCC中Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ期VEGF阳性表达率无显著差异 ,Ⅳ期VEGF阳性表达级别与Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期病例中VEGF阳性级别有显著差异。不同分化病例中的VEGF表达无显著差异。颈淋巴结转移组与无颈淋巴结转移组的VEGF、MVD表达 ,经统计学分析有显著差异。Ⅲ、Ⅳ期的MVD表达与Ⅰ、Ⅱ期有显著差异。不同分化病例中的MVD表达有显著差异。MVD的表达与VEGF的表达呈正相关关系。结论 口腔鳞癌中血管内皮细胞生长因子的改变是导致口腔鳞癌病灶内微血管密度改变的原因之一。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF_)and intratumoral microvessel density(MVD)in the growth of oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC).Methods Oral squamous carinoma were immunohistochemically stained with a method of SP by using multiclonal antibodies of VEGF and monoclonal antibodies CD-{34} .Results There was no significant difference in the expression of VEGF in different TNM stages and pathologic grades, but MVD expression differed significantly in 76 cases of oral squamous carcinoma .However,the expression of VEGF in Ⅳ of TNM in OSCC was higher than the other three stages.There were both highly significant correlation between the expression of VEGF, MVD and lymphe node metastases of oral squamous cell carcinoma.The expression of MVD and the expression of VEGF show positive correlation.Conclusion It indicates the change of MVD may partly result from the change of VEGF in OSCC.
