| 摘 要： | 目的:观察奥曲肽联合奥美拉唑对上消化道出血的疗效。方法:将48例上消化道出血患者随机分为观察组(24例)和对照组(24例),两组均进行输血、补液、对症支持等常规治疗,在此基础上观察组给予奥曲肽联合奥美拉唑静脉滴注,对照组单独给予奥曲肽静脉滴注。结果:观察组的止血时间缩短,止血有效率提高,再出血率降低,治疗总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:奥曲肽联合奥美拉唑治疗上消化道出血,显效快,疗效高,安全可靠。
