银屑病患者的心率变异性研究

心率变异性（ＨＲＶ）主要反映控制心脏的植物神经功能状态；而诱发性规范化负荷条件下的Ｌｏｒｅｎｚ散点图则是综合反映ＨＲＶ信息和测量植物神经功能状态较形象化的好方法。本文对３４例寻常型银屑病患者及３０例正常人对照组进行了规范化负荷条件下的ＨＲＶ研究，发现银屑病患者组Ｌｏｒｅｎｚ散点图的基本特征是“彗星”尾部变窄，长轴变短和位置下移。其原因分别是相邻的两个ＲＲ间期差值的均方根的平均值ｒＭＳＡＳＤ变低，２阶梯运动负荷所引起的ＲＲ间期变动量（Ｔ＿ＲＲ变小及平均ＲＲ间期Ｔ＿ＲＲ变短。本实验结果提示银屑病患者交感神经和副交感神经功能均低下。还发现患者的ｒＭＳＡＳＤ数值同时受年龄和皮损面积两种因素影响，呈负相关关系。

Research on Heart Rate Variability for Psoriatic Patients

Heart Rate Variability(HRV)reflects mainly the autonomic nerve function state in controlling heart activity,and the comet-shape"Lorenz scattered pattern"gives multipurpose information of HRV under evoked standard successive load .In the study,we examined the HRV in 34 psoriatic patients and 30 normal subjects with the above mentioned method.The results showed comet-shape"Lorenz scattered pattern"with shorter major axis,narrower tail width,and lower position in psoriasis grop .The cause is that the average of root mean square of successive R-R interval differences,i.e.Rmsasd,is lower;the variability of R-R interval, TRR,which are tiggered off by two-step exercise test,is smaller,the mean of R-R interval,TRR,is shorter.Our results suggested that normal control group.It is also found that the Rmsasd shows a negative correlation with both age and lesion area.Hence,this study supplied laboratory data to verify psycho-nerve factors in psoriasis incidence.
