女性生殖道支原体感染及治疗的临床观察

目的：探讨女性生殖道支原体感染的临床表现及治疗方法。方法：将本院2010年3月-2012年5月收治的80例生殖道支原体感染女性患者随机分为观察组与对照组各40例，观察组给予盐酸莫西沙星口服1400mg，1次／d；对照组给予阿奇霉素口服500mg，1次／d。连续治疗2周为1个疗程，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果：治疗1个疗程后I比较两组患者的临床疗效，结果观察组总有效率显著高于对照组（X2=12．124，P〈O．01），具有统计学意义。观察组治疗期间支原体转阴例数陶症状及体征消失例数与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）.对照组不良反应发生率明显高于观察组，比较差异具有统计学意义（x2=9．785，P〈O．01）.结论：盐酸莫西沙星可快速缓解临床症状、促支原体转阴，且安全性较高，疗效理想，值得推广应用。1

Female Genital Infection and Clinical Observation

Objective： To investigate the clinical manifestations and treatment of mycoplasma infection of the female reproductive tract. Method： From March 2010 to May 2012 80 cases with mycoplasma infection in female patients were randomly divided into observation group and the control group, 40 patients in the observation group received moxifloxacin hydrochloride oral 400 mg twice daily; control group was given oral azithromycin 500 rag, twice daily. Two weeks of continuous treatment was a course of treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Result： The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared after a course of treatment, the＇ results of the observation group total efficiency was significantly higher than the control group （ X2=12.124, P〈O.O1 ）, with statistical significance. During the observation group therapy number of Mycoplasma overcast cases with symptoms and signs disappear the number of eases and the control group showed significant differences （ P〈O.01 ）, with statistical significance. The control group incidence of adverse reactions was significantly higher than the observation group （A2=9.785, P〈0.01 ）, with statistical significance. Conclusion： Moxifloxacin hydrochloride can be rapid relief of clinical symptoms, promoting mycoplasma overcast, and high security, ideal efficacy, should be widely applied.
