| 摘 要： | 目的 分析肩胛骨骨折合并锁骨骨折开放复位成型钢板内固定治疗的疗效.方法 10例肩胛骨骨折合并锁骨骨折患者行肩胛骨骨折复位成型钢板内固定,术后4周进行肩关节功能锻炼.10例获随访,平均随访12个月.结果 肩胛骨骨折、锁骨骨折全部愈合,其中优7例,良2例,可1例,差0例.结论 肩胛骨骨折合并锁骨骨折切开复位成型钢板内固定,可恢复肩关节的动力平衡及稳定性,早期进行功能锻炼,有利于肩关节功能的早期康复.
