HOXA-10、PR在输卵管粘膜的表达与输卵管妊娠发生的关系

目的:探讨HOXA-10、PR在输卵管妊娠发生中的作用。方法:用免疫组化法分别检测20例输卵管妊娠患者异位着床部位粘膜组织,20例正常分泌期输卵管粘膜组织及20例正常宫内早孕期子宫蜕膜组织中HOXA-10基因、PR的蛋白表达水平。结果:(1)HOXA-10基因在输卵管妊娠患者异位着床部位的阳性表达明显高于正常分泌期输卵管粘膜的表达,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但接近正常早孕期子宫蜕膜组织中的表达,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(2)PR在输卵管妊娠患者异位着床部位上皮细胞中的阳性表达明显低于在正常分泌期输卵管的表达,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);但接近于在正常早孕期子宫蜕膜的表达,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(3)PR在输卵管妊娠患者异位着床部位间质中的阳性表达明显高于正常分泌期输卵管的表达,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但接近正常早孕期子宫蜕膜的表达,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:输卵管妊娠异位着床部位HOXA-10基因表达增强,上皮细胞PR表达下降或缺失和间质细胞表达增强,与输卵管妊娠发生密切相关。

Expression of homeobox gene A 10(HOXA-10)and progesterone receptor(PR)in tubal epithelium and its relationship with the occurrence of ectopic implantation of fallopian pregnancy

Objective：To study the effect of HOXA-10 and PR in the occurrence of fallopian pregnancy. Methods：Immunohistochemistry technique was used to evaluate the protein expression of HOXA-10 and PR in 20 samples with fallopian pregnancy,20 samples with normal secretory phase of oviduct, and 20 samples with normal endometrial decidua of early duration of pregnancy. Results： （1）The positive expression of HOXA-10 at the site of fallopian pregnant was higher than that in the normal fallopian tube （ of ectopic implantation secretory phase）, there was statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）, but was close to that in the normal endometrial decidua（ early duration of pregnancy）, there was no statistical significance （P 〉 0.05 ）. （2）The posi- tive expression of PR at the site of ectopic implantation of fallopian pregnant epithelium was obviously weaker than that in the normal fallopian tube （secretory phase）, there was statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）, but was close to that in the normal endometrial decidua （ early duration of pregnancy）, there was no statistical significance （ P 〉 0.05 ）. （ 3 ） The positive expres- sion of PR at the site of ectopic implantation of fallopian pregnant stroma （ secretory phase） was higher than that in the normal fallopian tube, there was statistical significance （P 〈 0.05 ）, but was close to that in the normal, there was no statistical significance （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion：The expression of HOXA-10 at the site of ectopic implantation of fallopian pregnant increases. The expression of PR at the site of ectopic implantation of fallopian pregnant epithelium descends or absences, but increases in stroma. There is immediate correlation to the occurrence of ectopic implantation of fallopian pregnant.
