A case of painful progressive peripheral neuropathy after successful pancreas transplantation

Abstract:A 30-year-old female with diabetes type 1 of 26 years underwent simultaneous pancreas and kidney transplantation. In spite of good function of both organs she developed a pseudotabetic polyneuropathy of a diabetic type.
