氯沙坦治疗高血压的Meta分析

目的：探讨氯沙坦治疗高血压的有效性及安全性的差异。方法：应用Meta分析12篇关于氯沙坦与其他常用抗高血压药治疗高血压病的研究文献，对其有效性及安全性进行同质性检验及合并效应量的估计。结果：有效性的同质性检验χ^2=8．30，df=11，P=0．686；安全性χ^2=9．62，df=11，P=0．565。二者合并效应量的估计，有效性：OR=1．38。OR合并95％可信区间为1．00—1．9；安全性OR合并=0．47，OR合并95％可信区间为0．32～0．68。结论：氯沙坦治疗高血压有效性总体上与对照组比较无显著性差异，安全性比较有显著性差异，

Mata Analysis on Losartan in the Treatment of Hypertension

OBJECTIVE： To study the difference in efficacy and safety of Losartan in treating hypertension. METHODS： Research literature about Losartan versus other antihypertensive drugs in the treatment of hypertensive disease reported in 12 papers was subjected to a Meta analysis, and a homogeneity test and a combined test were conducted for the efficacy and safety of the drugs. RESULTS： In homogeneity test： χ^2= 8.30, df= 11, P = 0.686 （efficacy）; χ^2 = 9.62, df= 11, P = 0.565 （safety）. In combined test, the combined OR = 1.38 and its 95% confidence interval was in the range of 1.00 1.9 for efficacy; the combined OR = 0.47 and 95 % confidence interval was in the range of 0.32 - 0.68 for safety. CONCLUSION： There is no significant difference in efficacy between Losartan and Control Group in treating hypertension; however, there are significant differences between the two in safety.
