两种方法测定复方次氯酸钠消毒剂杀菌效果的比较

目的]为了解载体法定量杀菌试验和悬液定量杀菌试验杀菌效果的不同。方法]运用载体定量杀菌试验和悬液定量杀菌试验测定复方次氯酸钠消毒剂对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的杀灭效果。结果]在载体定量杀菌试验中，复方次氯酸钠消毒剂有效氯含量为4000、2000、1000mg／L的稀释液与枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢分别作用30、45、60min，对其杀灭对数值均〉3.0。在悬液定量杀菌试验中，有效氯古量为4000mg／L的稀释液与枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用30min，对其杀灭对数值均〉5．0。结论]有效氯古量为2000、1000mg／L时，在悬液定量杀菌试验中与芽孢作用60min，杀菌剂量均达不到规范的要求；而在载体定量杀菌试验中分别作用45、60min已能达到消毒要求。在有效氯含量为4000mg／L两种方法的杀菌剂量基本相同。

A Comparative Study on Germicidal Efficacy of Two Ways for Test of Compound Sodium Hypochlorite Disinfectant

Objective]To understand the difference of germicidal efficacy between the carrier quantitative test and the suspension quantitative test.Methods]To determine germicidal efficacy of compound sodium hypochlorite disinfectant on bacillus sublillis var.niger by carrier method of quantitative test and the suspension method of quantitative test.Results]In the carrier quantitative test,after 30min,45min and 60min action by the diluent of compound sodium hypochlorite disinfectant in which the available chlorine was 4 000 mg/L,2 000 mg/L and 1 000 mg/L with bacillus sublillis var.niger,thekilling logarithm was all >3.0.In the suspension quantitative test,after 30 min action by the diluent of compound sodiumhypochlorite disinfectant in which the available chlorine was 4 000 mg/L,with bacillus sublillis var.niger,the killing log-arithm was all >5.0.Conclusion]The germicidal dosage couldn't meet the standard requirement after 60 min action withbacillus sublillis var.niger with the available chlorine at 2 000 mg/L and 1 000 mg/Lin the suspension quantitative test,while in the carrier quantitative test,after 45 min and 60 min action,it could meet the disinfection requirement.When theavailable chlorine was 4 000 mg/L,the germicidal dosage of the two methods was al most the same.
