23例重复癌临床分析

目的探讨重复癌的病因、临床特点、治疗及预后。方法对我科2002年1月—2006年12月收治的23例重复癌患者的住院病历进行统计分析。结果我科5年中共收治各类肿瘤患者5 107例,其中重复癌23例,占0.45%。发病年龄29-85岁,平均60岁,患病高峰年龄段是60-69岁。23例重复癌中有22例为二重癌,1例为三重癌。同时性发生者13例;异时性发生者占10例,间隔时间7-125个月,平均39.6个月。肺、肠、食管、乳腺等器官的发生率明显高于其他器官。随访至2007年3月,生存期为2-154个月,平均35.8个月。结论重复癌的病因可能与放疗、化疗及遗传因素等有关。如果能够早期、正确、及时诊断,并采取积极治疗,可取得较好疗效,改善患者的生活质量,并有助于延长生存期。

Multiple primary malignant tumors: clinical analysis of 23 cases

Objective To illustrate the etiological factors,clinical features,therapy and prognosis of multiple primary malignant tumors(MPMT).Methods Statistical analysis was performed on 5 107 patients with malignant tumors treated in our hospital from January 2002 to December 2006.Results 23 patients in the series were found to suffer from MPMT,with an incidence rate of 0.45%.The age of onset was 29 to 85,averaged 60,with its peak between 60 and 69.Among the 23 cases of MPMT,22 were double cancer,1 was triple cancer;13 were synchronous and 10 were metachronous cancers,with the interval of onset from 7 to 125 months,averaged 39.6 months.The MPMT occurred more frequently in the lung,gastrointestinal tract,esophagus and breast.All of the patients were followed up and behaved quite well so far,having survived for 22 to 154 months.Conclusion The genesis of MPMT may be related to radiotherapy,chemotherapy,hereditary and other factors.Early diagnosis and timely proper treatment will bring about better curative effects,improve the quality of life and prolong the survival in these patients.
