芹菜素抑制卵巢癌细胞株SKOV3生长的作用研究

目的探讨芹菜素对人卵巢癌细胞株SKOV3细胞增殖的抑制作用。方法运用细胞培养、光镜观察及四甲基偶氮唑蓝(MTT)比色法检测芹菜素对SKOV3细胞增殖的抑制作用,流式细胞仪技术分析芹菜素对SKOV3细胞增殖周期的影响。结果 10～80μmol/L芹菜素均能抑制SKOV3细胞的生长,且呈明显的时间、剂量依赖关系。细胞周期分析显示芹菜素组G2/M期细胞比例明显增多,呈量效关系。结论芹菜素抑制SKOV3细胞增殖,可能通过使SKOV3细胞停滞在G2/M期而诱导其凋亡。

Inhibitory effects of apigenin on human ovarian cancer cell strain SKOV3 growth

Objective It is to approach the inhibitory effects of apigenin on human ovarian cancer cell strain SKOV3 cells proliferation.Methods The inhibitory effects of apigenin on SKOV3 cells proliferation were detected with cell culture,observation with light microscope and MTT colorimetric method.The influence of apigenin on SKOV3 cells proliferation cycle was analyzed with flow cytometry.Results 10～80 μmol/L apigenin could all inhibit the growth of SKOV3 cells,which was showed the time and dose dependent relationship.Cell cycle analysis showed that the ratio of G2/M period cells was obviously increased,which was showed the dose dependent relationship.Conclusion Apigenin can inhibit the proliferation of SKOV3 cells and might induce the apoptosis through making the cell cycle stagnated at G2/M period.
