| Abstract: | This paper analyses some common problems encountered in medical equipment acquisition by calling for tenders. And a countermeasure by applying multi-attribute utility theory is put forwarded and discussed. It is hoped that this strategy will draw more attention and discussing among counterparts pertaining medical instruments purchasing by calling for tenders. |
