超声聚焦治疗外阴白色病变

目的 探讨运用超声治疗外阴白色病变的临床疗效.方法 2008年3月~2011年9月,我院共收治外阴营养不良45例,经过病检证实,其中增生型15例、混合型5例、硬化萎缩型25例.随机分为超声治疗组,对照组（药物治疗）.超声治疗功率3.5W,采用连续直线扫描,时间为20~30min,治疗1次.结果 治疗组疗效明显提高,P＜0.05,不同病理类型使用超声聚焦治疗疗效差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 聚焦超声治疗外阴白色病变疗效好,创伤小,值得临床推广.

Focused ultrasound in treatment of vulva dystrophy

Objective To explore the efficacy of focused ultrasound for vulva dystrophy. Methods A total of 45 patients with vulva dystrophy were treated with focused ultrasound between 2008 and 2011. Among them, 15 cases were hyperplastic type, 5 cases were mixed type and 25 cases were atrophic type according to the pathological examination. The average age was 43. 3 years old. Those patients were randomly divided into the ultrasound treatment group and the control group. The power of ultrasonic therapy was 3.5 Watt and selected the continuous and linear scanning, the treating time were 20 to 30 minutes ,once. Results There was obvious difference between the ultrasound treatment group and the control group （P 〈 0. 05） ,and there was no obvious difference among the different pathological types （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Focused ultrasound in treatment of vulva dystrophy was safe, minimally invasive, and worthwhile for spreading in clinical practice.
