玉红膏治疗小儿尿布皮炎60例临床观察

目的观察玉红膏治疗小儿尿布皮炎的临床疗效。方法采用玉红膏治疗尿布皮炎患儿60例，并与60例应用鞣酸软膏治疗的患儿进行对比观察。结果治疗组治愈56例，显效3例，有效1例，总有效率100．0％，治愈率93．3％；对照组治愈39例，显效4例，有效8例，无效9例，总有效率85．0％，治愈率65．0％。2组比较差异有高度统计意义（P〈0．01）。结论玉红膏治疗小儿尿布皮炎疗效显著。

60 cases of pediatric diaper dermatitis treated with Yuhong Cream

Objective To observe the efficacy of Yuhong Cream in treating pediatric diaper dermatitis. Methods 60 cases of pediatric diaper dermatitis were treated with Yuhong Cream and 60 cases of the same disease were treated With Tannic Acid Ointment. Results In treatment group,56 cases were cured, 3 cases were remarkably effective , 1 case effective. The total effective rate was 100.0%, the remarkably effective rate was 93.3%. In control group ,39 cases were cured, 4 cases were remarkably effective, 8 cases were effective, and 9 cases were invalid. The total effective rate was 85.0% , and remarkably effective rate was 65.0%. The difference of the effective rate between two groups was statistically significant （ P〈0.01 ）. Condusion Yuhong Cream is superior to conventional therapy in treating pediatric diaper dermatitis.
