上海嘉定区志贺菌新菌型的出现及菌型的变迁

目的：了解本地区志贺菌的菌型分布及菌型变迁的情况。方法：收集本地区1995年-2005年送检样品中分离到的志贺菌，进行血清学分型。结果：在11年中共检出志贺菌825株，其中B群占91．03％，为优势菌群。本地区出现了3种新的志贺菌血清型福氏4c、福氏1c和福氏2未定型。在11年中福氏2a型检出最多，占38．79％，其次是福氏4c型、福氏1a型、福氏2b型，分别占15．15％、11．03％、9．70％。在2003年之前福氏2a型一直是引起本地区菌痢的优势菌型，2003年优势菌型变迁为福氏2b型，2004年和2005年新菌型福氏4c型成为优势菌型。结论：本地区有新的志贺菌血清型出现，优势菌型也出现了变迁，应加强对志贺菌病的监测工作。

Emergence of three new subserotypes of Shigella and their vicissitude in 11 years in Jiading District

Objective:To observe the distribution of Shigella serotype and their vicissitude in Jiading District,Shanghai.Methods:Specimens for isolation of Shigella serotypes were collected from 1995 to 2005,and then,these isolates for Shigella serotyping was conducted by conventional methods.Results:A total of 825 cultures of Shigella were isolated from 1995 to 2005,and the Shigella flexneri was the dominant type(91.03%).There appeared three new subserotypes of Shigella flexneri in the 11 years,which were 4c,1c and undecided type 2.In the 825 Shigella cultures,S.flexneri 2 accounted for 38.79%,and S.flexneri 4c,1a and 2b for 15.15%,11.03% and 9.70% respectively.The dominant type was S.flexneri 2a before 2003,while the dominant type changed to S.flexneri 2b in 2003,and changed to S.flexneri 4c in 2004 and 2005.Conclusion:There appears new subserotypes of S.flexneri and the dominant type of Shigella has changed in the recent years.Therefore,we should strengthen the supervision of shigellosis.
