非干扰性排尿期尿道造影录像与尿流率同步测定诊断膀胱出口梗阻

摘    要:目的:探讨排尿期尿道造影录像与尿流率同步测定,对诊断膀胱出口梗阻(BOO)的意义。方法:对有无前列腺增生两组各30例患者分别进行非干扰性动态排尿期尿道造影录像与尿流率同步测定。两组采用改良的尿道阻力因子列线图判明BOO与非BOO。结果:30例前列腺增生组中26例诊断BOO,4例诊断可疑B00;30例非前列腺增生组均诊断非BOO.结论:动态排尿期尿道造影录像与尿流率同步测定对于诊断BOO是一种较好的、非干扰性的复合式尿动力学检测方法。

Abstract:Purpose:According to Blasius formula in Hydrokinetics , applying synchronous determination of Cysto urethrography video and flow rate during micturition period to diagnose whether there is BOO. Methods:This experiment involved two groups of patients, one group was consisted of 30 patients with BPH, another control group was consisted of 30 patients without BPH. Patients in these two groups were performed synchronous determination of non interferential dynamic cysto urethrogeaphy video and flow rate during micturition period respectively. According to measured Q max ,corresponding radius or F value of posterior urethra in urethrography at Q max and the length of posterior urethra (measured with transrectal B ultrasonography during non micturition period ), applying Blasius formula,pressure difference could be calculated. Each patient in these two groups was diagnosed whether there was BOO based on URA diagram (modified URA diagnosis BOO diagram ). Results:In BPH group (30 patients) ,26 cases were diagnosed as BOO, 4 cases as suspicious BOO. In non BPH group, all cases were diagnosed as non- BOO.Conclusions:It is a fairly good, non interferential and compound detecting method in urodynamics to apply synchronous determination of cysto urethrography video and flow rate during micturition period in diagnosing whether there is BOO.
