力德希口服液对铅暴露儿童神经行为能力的影响

摘    要:目的探讨力德希口服液对低浓度铅暴露儿童血铅水平及神经行为能力的影响。方法对铅暴露儿童给予力德希口服液干预,观察其对儿童血铅水平及神经行为能力的影响。结果血铅80~100μg/L时,儿童的视反应速率、注意力集中程度和逆向数字记忆广度减退,听反应错误比率增加;血铅100~120μg/L时,儿童进一步出现右手、左脚交叉运动协调性、顺向和逆向数字记忆广度以及动作稳定性的降低;当血铅超过120μg/L后,所观察的13项神经行为能力均明显受到影响。给予口服力德希口服液干预后60 d,所有干预组儿童的血铅水平降低到80μg/L以下,同时儿童的多项神经行为功能均得到不同程度的提升。结论铅对儿童神经功能的损害随暴露量的增加而加重。力德希口服液具有降低血铅,改善铅暴露儿童神经行为能力的作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the impact of Lead-x oral solution to children′s blood lead levels and neurobehavioral capabilities exposed to low concentrations of lead.Methods We gave Lead-x oral liquid to the children exposed to lead environment,to observe its impact on children′s blood lead levels and neurobehavioral capabilities.Results When the blood lead concentration was between 80 μg/L and 100 μg/L,the visual reaction rate,the degree of focus and the memory span of reverse digital went down,and the error rate of auditory response increased simultaneously.When the blood lead concentration was between 100 μg/L and 120 μg/L,children showed further drop of the coordination of right hand and left foot cross movement,the memory span forward and reverse digital,and the motion stability.When the blood lead concentration was above 120 μg/L,13 neurobehavioral capabilities were significantly affected.After taking Lead-x oral solution for 60 days,all children's blood lead level reduced to below 80 μg/L,and all neurobehavioral capabilities got varying degrees of improvement.Conclusion With increasing exposure to lead,aggravated damage on children′s neurological function is discovered.It is true that Lead-x oral solution could reduce blood lead level,and increase children's neurobehavioral capabilities.
