高渗脱水药物对正常大鼠脑部优化散射系数的影响及临床意义

摘    要:目的 高渗脱水药物对大鼠脑部优化散射系数(μs')的影响.方法 60只SD大鼠随机均分为三组,分别经尾静脉注射生理盐水(C组)、20%甘露醇(A组)或3.2%盐水(B组),剂量均为10 ml/kg.用特制内置四光纤探头活体在位连续动态观察大鼠脑部μs'的变化情况.结果 C组注射前后大鼠脑部μs'未见明显变化,A组与B组分别下降了(2.38±0.45)%与(2.41±0.36)%,明显低于C组(P<0.05).结论 大鼠脑部μs'可以作为高渗脱水药物作用的评估指标.

Effects and significance of hyperosmotic solution on reduced scattering coefficient in rats brain
Abstract:Objective To study the effects of hyperosmotic solution on reduced scattering coefficient(μs') in rats brain.Methods Sixty SD rats were randomly divided into three groups with 20 rats each,which were injected via vena caudalis 0.9% NaCl 10 ml/kg(group C),20% mannitol 10 ml/kg (group A) or 3.2% NaCl 10 ml/kg (group B),respectively.The changes of μs' of the brain were observed continuously by a special built-in four-fiber probe in vivo in a noninvasive way.Results No significant change of μs' was observed in group C.The μs' of groups of A and B was decreased by (2.38±0.45)% and (2.41±0.36)%,respectively,which was lower than that in group C (P<0.05).Conclusion The μs' of rat brain can be taken as a marker for evaluating the anhydration induced by hyperosmotic solution.
