摘    要:目的 研究PTEN和Ki-67蛋白在脑星形细胞瘤中表达情况以及临床意义.方法 用免疫组化方法检测15例正常腩组织和65例脑星形细胞瘤组织中PTEN和Ki-67蛋白的表达情况.结果 PTEN蛋白在脑星形细胞瘤表达随WHO分级增高而降低.Ki-67表达水平随脑星形细胞瘤病理分级的增高而增高.脑星形细胞瘤组织中PTEN与Ki-67蛋白的表达均呈负相关.结论 PTEN表达缺失可引起Ki-67的过表达,促进脑星形细胞瘤血管生成和肿瘤细胞增殖,两者在肿瘤的增殖、侵袭过程中相互作用.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of PTEN and Ki67 proteins in human astrocytoma.Menthods The expressions of PTEN and Ki67 proteins were examined by SP imrnunohistochemical staining in 65 human astrocytomas and in 15 normal brain tissues.Results In astrocytoma,the higher the WHO classification grade,the lower the expression of PTEN,and the higher the pathological grade,the lower the expression of Ki-67.The expression of PTEN was negatively correlated with that of Ki67.Conclusion Inactivation of PTEN in astrocytoma can lead to an overexpression of Ki-67,which may promote astrocytoma angiogenesis and tumor cell proliferation.The two proteins interact during tumor proliferation and invasion.
