| 摘 要： | 目的 研究Hiwi基因mRNA及Hiwi蛋白在肝癌组织中的表达.方法 92例肝癌及癌旁组织标本,应用RT-PCR、Western blot及免疫组化方法分别检测肝癌和癌旁组织中Hiwi基因mRNA及蛋白的表达.结果 肝癌组织Hiwi基因mRNA和Hiwi蛋白表达量显著高于癌旁组织(P＜0.05).Hiwi蛋白主要在肿瘤和癌旁组织细胞胞浆中呈阳性表达.肝癌组织中Hiwi阳性表达率为65.2%(60/92),显著高于癌旁组织的27.2%(25/92)(P＜0.05).结论 Hiwi基因mRNA及蛋白在肝癌组织中均呈高表达,可能在肝癌的发生、发展过程中起重要作用.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expressions of Hiwi gene and protein in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Methods The expressions of Hiwi mRNA and protein were detected with RTPCR,Western blot and immunohistochemistry in 92 fresh HCC speciments and the tumor-adjacent tissue.Results The expressions of Hiwi mRNA and protein were higher in HCC than those in the tumor-adjacent tissurs (P＜0.05).Hiwi protein positively stained in cytoplasm of cells.The positive rate in HCC was 65.2%(60/92),which was significamtly higher than 27.2% (25/92) in the tumoradjacent normal hepatic tissue (P＜0.05).ConclusionHiwi mRNA and protein are highly expressed in HCC tissue,which may play an important role in the development and progress of HCC. |
