| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨磁共振胰胆管成像（MRCP）对胰、胆管疾病的诊断价值。方法：采用快速自旋回波（FSE）重T2加权技术对221例患进行了MRCP检查。结果：221例患中，MRCP正确诊断良性病变134例和恶性病变75例，定性诊断和定位诊断准确率分别为94．6％（209／221）和100％（221／221）。对良、恶性病变定性诊断准确率分别为96．4％（134／139）和91．4％（75／82）。结论:MRCP对胰、胆管疾病具有极高的诊断准确率，是一种颇有应用前景的影像技术。

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the value of magnetic resonance cholangio-pancreatography(MRCP)in the diagnosis of patients with cholangiopancreatic diseases.Methods 221 patients with cholangiopancreatic diseases all underwent MRCP examination by heavy T2 weighted fast spinecho (FSE) sequence.Results Among 221 patients in the study,MRCP correctly diagnosed 134 cases of benign lesions and 75 cases of malignant lesions,the accuracy of quantitative and locative diagnosis were 94.6% and 100%,respectively.The diagnostic accuracy of benign and malignant lesions were 96.4% (134/139) and 91.4%(75/82),respectively.Conclusion MRCP is a promising imaging technique in the evaluation of cholangio-pancreatic diseases. |
