认知行为疗法治疗厌学中学生心理障碍的效果

摘    要:目的探讨认知行为疗法对厌学中学生心理障碍的治疗效果。方法用认知行为疗法对50例厌学中学生进行门诊治疗,疗程8周。治疗前后应用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)以及自尊量表(SES)进行评定。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后厌学中学生SCL-90中除精神病性因子外,其他因子评分均显著降低,HAMD的各项因子得分、HAMA的精神性焦虑和躯体性焦虑因子得分明显降低,SES评分显著提高,差异均有显著性(t=2.27-14.78,P〈0.01)。结论认知行为疗法有利于改变厌学中学生认知行为模式,改善其厌学情绪,构建积极心理状态。

EFFECTS OF COGNITIVE BEHAVIOUR THERAPY ON LEARNING RELUCTANCE IN HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of cognitive behaviour therapy(CBT) on learning reluctance in high school students. Methods Fifty middle school students with learning reluctance were treated with CBT for eight weeks and the results were assessed with symptom checklist 90(SCL-90),HAMA,HAMD and self-esteem scale(SES) before and after the treatment.The data obtained were analysis via SPSS. Results After the treatment,all the scores of SCL-90 factors markedly reduced,except the psychotic factor;the scores of HAMD and the scores of HAMA in mental anxiety and somatic anxiety were significantly reduced(t=2.27-14.78,P〈0.01). Conclusion Cognitive behavior therapy may change the cognitive behavior pattern of high-school students,improve their emotional weariness of learning and develop their positive mental status.
