Vitapex糊剂在年轻恒牙根尖诱导成形术中的应用

目的探讨Vitapex根尖诱导成形术在治疗未发育完成的年轻恒牙牙根中的作用。方法选择126例138颗根尖未发育完成的年轻恒牙,其中牙髓炎、牙髓坏死97颗,根尖炎41颗;根据术前X线片显示的根尖形态分为根端喇叭型16颗,管壁平行型48颗,管壁内聚型74颗,行Vitapex根尖诱导成形术治疗。结果 138颗患牙,成功81颗,占58.70%;显效51颗,占36.96%;失败6颗,占4.35%;有效率95.65%。结论 Vitapex根尖诱导成形术诱导年轻恒牙根尖发育治疗是一种可靠、有效的方法。

APPLICATION OF VITAPEX PASTA ON APEXIFICATION OF YOUNG PERMANENT TEETH

Objective To investigate the effect of Vitapex apexification on the therapy for dental root of not fully developed young permanent teeth. Methods This study consisted of 138 juvenile permanent teeth with the root tip not fully developed,which included endodontitis,pulp necrosis（97 teeth）,apicitis（41 teeth）.According to X-ray film,they were classified as type 1（16 teeth）,type 2（48 teeth） and type 3（74 teeth）.Vitapex apexification was performed for them. Results Of the 138 diseased teeth,succeeded in 81（58.70%）;excellence in 51（36.96%）;failed in six（4.35%）;the effective rate being 95.65%.Conclusion Vitapex apexification is a reliable and effective therapy for root apex development of young permanent teeth.
