我市部分医疗机构口腔诊疗用水供水系统状况调查

目的了解我市医疗机构口腔诊疗用水供水方式、供水装置消毒及微生物检测等现状。方法采用自编调查问卷,调查内容包括供水方式、供水装置消毒频次与方法及微生物检测等,对我市40家医疗机构口腔诊疗用水供水系统状况进行调查。结果我市口腔诊疗用水供水方式主要有自来水、加过滤装置、纯净水、反渗水,8所医院每季度进行微生物检测,菌落数范围50-2 500 cfu/mL,菌落数超过合格标准经清洗或更换过滤膜、消毒储水罐后检测均合格。结论口腔治疗需要安全的水质,控制口腔诊疗用水微生物污染是医疗机构口腔科医院感染管理的重要环节。

SURVEY OF WATER SUPPLY STATUS FOR WATER USED IN DENTAL PRACTICE IN SOME MEDICAL INSTITUTIONS OF QINGDAO

Objective To understand the current status of water used for dental practice in medical institutions in Qingdao： the way of water supply,disinfection of water feeder,and microbiological detection were investigated. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the items concerning water supply for the use in dental practice in 40 medical services in Qingdao,which included the modality of water supply,frequency of disinfection and microbiological detection. Results The main water supply forms for dental practice was tap water with defecator,purified water,or reverse osmosis water.Eight of the 40 institutions conducted microbiological detection quarterly,the number of bacteria colonies was within the range of 50-2 500 cfu/mL.Water,in which bacteria colony exceeded the standard,became qualified after cleaning or replacing filter membrane and disinfecting water containers. Conclusion Dental practice needs safe water quality.Control of microbial contamination in water is an important link of hospital management.
