灯盏花注射液并心可舒治疗急性冠状动脉综合征效果

目的探讨灯盏花注射液联合心可舒治疗急性冠状动脉综合征（ACS）的效果。方法将58例ACS病人分为灯盏花组和对照组,对照组病人给予常规治疗,灯盏花组在常规治疗基础上给予灯盏花注射液和心可舒治疗,观察两组疗效与心律失常的发生情况。结果灯盏花组显效率为81.25%,总有效率为96.88%;对照组显效率为34.61%,总有效率为57.69%,两组比较差异均有显著意义（χ^2=13.037、13.422,P〈0.01）。治疗后灯盏花组心律失常发生次数明显少于对照组（t′=5.429~26.135,P〈0.01）。结论灯盏花注射液联合心可舒治疗ACS有明显效果。

EFFICACY OF COMBINATION OF BREVISCAPINE INJECTION AND XINKESHU IN THE TREATMENT OF ACUTE CORONARY SYNDROME

Objective To assess the efficacy of combination of breviscapine injection and Xinkeshu in the treatment ofacute coronary syndrome（ACS）.Methods Fifty-eight ACS patients were equally divided into control group and combination group（breviscapine plus Xinkeshu） at random.The patients in the control group received conventional therapy,those in combination group received breviscapine plus Xinkeshu in addition to the conventional therapy as offered to the control group.The efficacy and the incidence of arrhythmia were observed.Results The excellence and total effective rate for the combination group was 81.25% and 96.88%,respectively;that for the control group was 34.61% and 57.69%,the difference between the two groups was significant（χ^2=13.037,13.422;P〈0.01）.The frequency of arrhythmia was lower in the combination group（t′=5.429-26.135,P〈0.01）.Conclusion Breviscapine combined with Xinkeshu is markedly effective for patients with ACS.
