表皮生长因子与妊娠期糖尿病的关系

目的探讨表皮生长因子（EGF）与妊娠期糖尿病（GDM）发病的关系。方法采用放射免疫法测定30例GDM病人（GDM组）及30例正常孕妇（对照组）母体血清及脐血中EGF的水平。采用免疫组织化学法测定葡萄糖及胰岛素刺激前后两组胎盘组织中EGF受体（EGFR）的表达。结果 GDM组EGF、EGFR水平均明显高于对照组（t=8.79～55.88,P〈0.01）;胰岛素及葡萄糖刺激后两组EGFR表达水平均明显增加（t=85.02～112.28,P〈0.01）。结论 EGF与GDM的发病可能无明显关系,而与其合并巨大儿有关,其受体水平升高可能是高糖血症、高胰岛素血症刺激的结果。

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE EPIDERMAL GROWTH FACTOR AND THE GESTATIONAL DIABETES MELLITUS

Objective To investigate the relationship between epidermal growth factor（EGF） and gestational diabetes mellitus（GDM）. Methods Using immunoradioassay method,serum EGF levels were detected in 30 GDM patients and cord blood,and 30 normal gravida;immunohistochemical technique was employed to determine the expression of epidermal growth factor receptor（EGFR） in placenta of the two groups before and after motivation of glucose and insulin. Results The serum EGF in GDM group was significantly higher than that in the control（t=8.79-55.88,P0.01）.The expression of EGFR in both groups was markedly increased after glucose-and-insulin stimulation（t=85.02-112.28,P0.01）. Conclusion The serum levels of EGF may not be related with the etiology of GDM,but associated with large-for-date infant.The increase of EGFR level is likely to be the result of stimulation by high blood sugar and high insulin.
