三阴乳癌组织CXCL12与CXCR4表达及其意义

目的探讨趋化因子CXCL12及其受体CXCR4在三阴乳癌（TNBC）组织表达及其临床病理学意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测CXCL12和CXCR4蛋白在55例TNBC组织中的表达,观察相应的临床病理指标（病人年龄、肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移情况、临床分期）,并进行相关性分析。结果 TNBC组织CXCL12、CXCR4表达与病人年龄、肿瘤大小和临床分期无明显相关性（P〉0.05）,而与腋窝淋巴结转移状态呈正相关（r=0.413、0.325,P〈0.05）,淋巴结有转移组CXCL12、CXCR4的表达明显强于淋巴结无转移组（uc=3.02、2.38,P〈0.05）。结论推测CXCL12及CXCR4可作为预测TNBC腋窝淋巴结转移及预后的一个重要分子标志物。

EXPRESSIONS OF CXCL12 AND CXCR4 IN TRIPLE-NEGATIVE BREAST CANCER AND THEIR SIGNIFICANCE

Objective To investigate the expressions of chemokine CXCL12 and its receptor CXCR4 in triple-negative breast cancer（TNBC） and their clinicopathologic significance. Methods The expressions of CXCL12 and CXCR4 were detected immunohistochemically by SP method in 55 cases of TNBC.The corresponding clinicopathologic parameters（patient＇s age,tumor size,lymph node metastasis,clinical stage） were observed and analyzed. Results The expressions of CXCL12 and CXCR4 were not related to the age,tumor size and clinicopathologic stage（P0.05）,but positively related to the axillary lymph node metastasis（r=0.413,0.325;P0.05）.The expression rates of CXCL12 and CXCR4 were higher in those with lymph node metastasis than that without（uc=3.02,2.38;P0.05）. Conclusion It seems that chemokine CXCL12 and its receptor CXCR4 can be served as important molecular markers for predicting axillary lymph node metastasis and prognosis of TNBC.
