淋巴瘤病人MMP-2和TIMP-2表达及其临床意义

目的探讨淋巴瘤病人血清基质金属蛋白酶-2（MMP-2）和组织金属蛋白酶抑制剂-2（TIMP-2）的表达及其临床意义。方法应用酶联免疫吸附法检测32例非霍奇金淋巴瘤（NHL）和8例霍奇金淋巴瘤（HL）病人的血清MMP-2及TIMP-2水平,并动态观察10例初诊NHL病人治疗半年后MMP-2及TIMP-2的变化。结果 NHL和HL病人MMP-2、TIMP-2水平及MMP-2/TIMP-2（M/T）值均明显高于正常对照组（F=3.43～7.40,q=17.18～80.65,P〈0.05）。NHL中MMP-2水平及M/T值与其病理类型、临床分期和骨髓侵犯有关（F=3.84～9.26,q=11.05～106.99,P〈0.05）。结论淋巴瘤病人血清MMP-2、TIMP-2水平及其比值明显升高,检测血清MMP-2、TIMP-2水平及其比值对淋巴瘤的治疗和预后判断有重要意义。

EXPRESSIONS AND THEIR CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF MMP-2 AND TIMP-2 IN PATIENTS WITH LYMPHOMA

Objective To discuss the expressions of matrix metalloproteinases-2（MMP-2） and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinases-2（TIMP-2） and their significance in patients with lymphoma. Methods Serum MMP-2 and TIMP-2 in 32 patients with non-Hodgkin＇s lymphoma（NHL） and eight with Hodgkin＇s lymphoma（HL） were detected by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,and 10 patients with preliminary diagnosis of NHL were dynamically observed for the changes of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 after six months of therapy. Results The serum MMP-2 and TIMP-2,and MMP-2/TIMP-2（M/T） ratio in both NHL and HL patients were significantly higher than that in normal control（F=3.43-7.40;q=17.18-80.65;P0.05）.In NHL,the level of MMP-2 and M/T ratio were correlated with pathologic type,clinical stage,and bone marrow involvement（F=3.84-9.26;q=11.05-106.99;P0.05）. Conclusion The levels of MMP-2,TIMP-2 and M/T ratio in lymphoma patients rise significantly.Determination of the above parameters is of great significance for the therapy and prognostic prediction of the disease.
