宫颈癌组织CyclinD1和P27表达及意义

摘    要:目的探讨细胞周期因子CyclinD1和P27在宫颈癌的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测CyclinD1蛋白和P27蛋白在70例宫颈癌(宫颈癌组)、50例宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN组)和18例正常宫颈(正常组)组织中的表达。结果宫颈癌组与CIN组CyclinD1蛋白阳性表达率高于正常组,差异有显著性(χ^2=23.68、13.35,P〈0.01);宫颈癌组与CIN组比较差异无显著性(P〉0.05)。宫颈癌组P27蛋白阳性表达率低于CIN组和正常组,差异有显著性(2^χ=32.60、26.83,P〈0.01);而正常组和CIN组间比较差异无显著性(P〉0.05)。Cy-clinD1和P27蛋白的异常表达与宫颈癌的病理学分级、FIGO分期、有无淋巴结转移有关(χ^2=4.22~8.48,P〈0.05)。宫颈癌组织中CyclinD1与P27蛋白表达呈负相关(r=-0.745,P〈0.01)。结论 CyclinD1高表达及P27蛋白的低表达或缺失可能在宫颈癌发生发展中起重要作用。

THE EXPRESSIONS AND SIGINIFICANCE OF CyclinD1 AND P27 IN CERVICAL CANCER

Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the expressions of factors of cell cycle regulation CyclinD1 and P27 in cervical cancer and their significance.MethodsThe expressions of CyclinD1 and protein P27 in 70 patients with cervical cancer,50 with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) and 18 with normal cervix were detected by Poly-HRP immunohistochemical technique.ResultsThe expression rates of CyclinD1 in cancer group and CIN group were higher than that in the normal control,the difference being significant(χ2=23.68,13.35;P0.01);whereas the difference of CyclinD1 between cancer and CIN groups was not significant(P0.05).The expression of P27 in the cancer group was lower than that in CIN and normal control,with a significant difference between them(χ2=32.60,26.83;P0.01);and the difference of that between the CIN and normal control was not significant(P0.05).The abnormal expressions of CyclinD1 and P27 were associated with pathological grading,FIGO staging,and with or without lymph node metastasis(χ^2=4.22-8.48,P0.05).There was a negative correlation between the expressions of CyclinD1 and P27 in cancer tissue(r=-0.745,P0.01).ConclusionOverexpression of CyclinD1 and decreased expression(or loss) of P27 are likely to play an important role in the development and progression of this cervical malignancy.
