摘    要:目的 :测定 8Hz、90 d B次声多次暴露后大鼠血浆一氧化氮 (NO)的含量变化及内皮生长因子 (VEGF)表达的改变。方法 :用 8Hz、90 d B的次声连续作用大鼠 1、7、14、2 1、2 8d,每天 2 h,测定大鼠血浆 NO含量和 VEGF表达的变化。结果 :次声暴露 1、7d,大鼠血浆 NO含量无变化 ,14、2 1d时降低 (P<0 .0 5) ,2 8d时恢复正常 (P>0 .0 5) ;在次声暴露期与对照组比较 ,VEGF表达增强 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :次声可引起大鼠血浆 NO分泌的变化及 VEGF表达改变 ,其与次声暴露的时间和量有关

Abstract:AIM: To observe the changes of NO in plasma of rats and the VEGF expre ssion in vascular endothelia. METHODS: The rats in the exposed gro ups were affected by infrasound (frequency:8 Hz;sound pressure level:130 dB, 2 h daily), and the c ontents of NO and the expressions of VEGF in the exposed groups and the control group were meas ured. RESULTS: The changes of NO contents declined on 14th d and 2 1st d (P<0.05), and there was no change on 1st d, 7th d and 28th d (P>0.05). The expressions of VEGF were increased in the exp osed all groups, compared with the control group (P<0.01). CONCLUSIO N: Infrasound can induce ch anges in NO secretion and VEGF expression, and they depend on the amount and du ration of infrasound exposure.
