四川省雅江县绦/囊虫病的流行病学调查

目的了解绦∕囊虫病在四川雅江县的流行特点。方法采用传统流行病学调查方法(即询问病史、驱虫、观察皮下结节等)对雅江县相邻7个村寨进行绦∕囊虫病调查,并对59位年龄在10～73岁有临床表现的病人(男55,女4)进行驱虫治疗,并对皮下结节病人进行了初步调查。结果在55例男性患者中有20人驱出虫体,在4例女性患者中有1人驱出虫体(为猪带绦虫),驱虫率达35.59%。皮下结节患者共18人。该地区绦∕囊虫病流行的主要原因可能是当地群众喜欢生吃牛肉、猪肉。结论四川省雅江县绦∕囊虫病感染严重,患者主要是青壮年。

Investigation on Taeniasis/Cysticercosis in Yajiang Area of Sichuan Province

Objective To investigate the current status of taeniasis/cysticercosis in Yajiang County of Sichuan province.Method Traditional epidemiological methods was used to investigate taeniasis/cysticercosis infection in 7 Villages of Yajiang County.Result 59 patients with clinical symptoms(55 males and 4 females) were investigated.One female patient and 20 male patients were able to expel adult worms after taking pumpkin seeds,and 18 patients with subcutaneous knob.The infection rate of adults was 35.59%.The patients are principally young men.The people in this area like eating raw meal of cattle and pig.Conclusion Yajiang area is a severely endemic area of taeniasis/cysticercosis.
