颅内静脉窦血栓形成七例磁共振成像分析

目的分析颅内静脉窦血栓的磁共振成像（MRI）和磁共振静脉成像（MRV）表现,探讨MRI结合MRV在颅内静脉窦血栓形成中的诊断价值。方法对7例确诊为脑静脉窦血栓形成患者的MRI进行回顾性分析及总结。结果 7例患者中,急性5例,呈T1WI等信号,T2WI低信号;亚急性1例,T1WI和T2WI上均呈高信号;慢性1例,在T1WI上呈等信号,T2WI上高信号。MRI检查发现继发性脑损伤7例,MRV表现为受累静脉窦呈不规则血流信号或血流信号完全消失。结论 MRI结合MRV是早期诊断脑静脉血栓的有效方法。

The analysis on seven magnetic resonance imaging cases of cerebral venous sinus thrombosis
