| 摘 要： | 目的了解我院抗抑郁药的应用情况及用药趋势。方法采用世界卫生组织推荐的限定日剂量方法,对我院2007—2009年抗抑郁药应用情况进行统计分析。结果抗抑郁药销售金额、用药频度均逐年增长,选择性5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂（SSRIs）占抗抑郁药销售金额的71%以上,帕罗西汀3年位居销售金额、用药人数榜首,传统的三环类药则逐年减少。结论帕罗西汀等SSRIs抗抑郁药占我院抗抑郁药的主导地位,且成为我院抗抑郁药的一线用药。
